I, CHARLES MOORMAN, of [Lo]uisa County being perfect health Sense and memory (attest?) to [Alm]ighty God for the same do acknowledge this to being last will and [testa]ment this ninth day of May in the Year of our Lord One thousand [seven] hundred and fifity five which is as followeth Item I lend unto [my be]loved wife ELIZABETH all my household furniture and Stock of {?} Horses and Mares with four Negores named Toby Jack (Cuffer) ... Dina forher proper use during Widowhood or Life and after her [dea]th these four above named Negores with the Increase and [a]forementioned Goods and Chattels to be Equally dividied between [my] Sons THOMAS CHARLES and ACHELIES MOORMAN.
