This Indenture made this first day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen between Allen Wamock of the County of Warren and State of Kentucky of the one part John M. Albritten of Allen County State of Kentucky of the other part witnesseth that for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and seventy Dollars to him in hand paid by the said John M. Albritten a receipt hereof he doth hereby acknowledge to be paid and fully satisfied doth of these presents give grant alienate and confirm unto the said John M. Albritten his heirs and assigns a certain tract of land containing one hundred and forty seven acres lying and being in County Warren and State of Kentucky on Big Barren River in the fork of it and Drakes Creek and bounded as follows to wit Beginning at two Dogwoods a military line running N55 E120 poles on a conditional line to a hickory Dogwood and red oak thence N25 E68 poles to two white oaks on the bank of Barren River thence N45 W 112 poles to a red oak and two Gums thence S65 W98 poles to a large red oak, thence S20 W 20 poles to a red oak and Dogwood thence S10 E88 poles to a hickory and Dogwood on said Military survey thence with a line of said military survey S34 E75 to the Beginning to have and hold the aforesaid premises of one hundred and forty seven acres of land with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging together with all waters mines minerals etc to the said John M. Albritten his heirs and assigns forever, and I for myself my heirs Executors administrators etc forever warrant and defend the right and title of the aforesaid granted premises to the said John M. Albritten his heirs & forever from any and all of my heirs Exors adms and assigns laying any claim thereto, but further than this I am not bound. In witness hereunto I have set my hand and seal the day and date above written.
